Santos has a bachelor's degree in International Affairs with a specialization in Government Relations, from the Catholic University of Brasília (UCB). She has been working at PATRI's State & Municipalities operation since 2021. Previously, she has worked as an international advisor to Brazil's Confederation of Municipalities (CNM), where she was responsible for the communication between municipal public officials and international organizations.
