Has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a graduate degree in Economics from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV). Started his professional life in the private sector and has also worked in the federal public administration. In 1987, with Brazil’s Constitutional Assembly, started working with public policy and the professionalization of governmental relations, advocacy, and public affairs. From the 1988 Constitution onwards, has dedicated himself to the relationship between the business mind and the Brazilian institutional modeling. From 2000 onwards, has dedicated himself to the organized civil society as a professional player and an activist in public policy. Founded PATRI in 1986 and, in 1996, PATRI Inc. in Washington D.C., in search of the know-how and best practices then inexistent in the Brazilian market. Member of the Board of Director of the Public Affairs Council (PAC). Fluent in English.
