In line with its Ethics and Compliance Policy, PATRI’s Reporting Channel is up use by its external and internal audiences.

 

Following international best practices, the information will be received by an external, independent company that specializes in receiving complaints. They will forward the information to PATRI's Chief Compliance Officer for proper treatment.

 

It is not necessary to identify yourself to make a complaint, although the identified ones facilitate the investigation of the case. If the complainant decides to identify himself, confidentiality will be guaranteed throughout the process.
